Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount will be specified in your custom quote. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date as specified in your booking agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 60 days of the event forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Song Requests & Tips

Song requests are not guaranteed and are played at the DJ's discretion based on event flow and audience. Tips and donations are non-refundable. Priority requests receive preferential consideration but are not contractually guaranteed.

Liability

DJ Sammy Jay is not liable for venue-related issues, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We carry professional liability insurance and maintain backup equipment for all events.
